We will confirm the details of your inquiry and schedule an interview. If necessary, we will also let you know what materials we need you to prepare for the meeting.

We will visit the client’s location for an initial meeting. The initial meeting is free of charge. It takes about 30 to 60 minutes. We will review the materials you have prepared, listen to your wishes, and discuss how to proceed. If you prefer, we can meet with you at our office or online.
Based on the content of the interview, we will customize our services, compensation, and other conditions, and provide you with an estimate.
You will review the estimate of our proposal. Please take your time to review our proposal until you are satisfied with it. Of course, please be assured that we will never force you to sign a contract just because we have met with you and made a proposal.
If you are satisfied with our proposal, we will conclude a formal contract.
