We will confirm the details of your inquiry and schedule an interview. If necessary, we will also let you know what materials we need you to prepare for the meeting.

We will conduct the initial meeting either in-person or online. The initial meeting is expected to take about an hour. We will discuss your circumstances, the issues you want to consult about, and whether we can accommodate your requests.
Based on the content of the interview, we will customize our services, compensation, and other conditions, and provide you with an estimate.
You will review the estimate of our proposal. Please take your time to review our proposal until you are satisfied with it. Of course, please be assured that we will never force you to sign a contract just because we have met with you and made a proposal.
If you are satisfied with our proposal, we will conclude a formal contract.
